- mAadhaar, a new app for syncing Aadhaar data on mobile phone, has been launched by the UIDAI.
- It will allow users to carry their Aadhaar demographic information, i.e. name, date of birth, gender, address and the photograph linked with their Aadhaar number, on their smartphones.
- App is currently available for Android users & requires users to have their mobile numbers registered with Aadhaar.
