China and Europe to build Moon Village

The space agencies of Europe and China discussing about collaborative projects on the moonbase.
Moon Village will be used as an International launching pad for future missions to mars and also for the development of space tourism.
The Moon Village proposal is along the line of NASA's aim of getting astronauts to tthe vicinity of Mars by the end of the 2030.
