Retired IAS officer Ramlubhaya has been appointed Commissioner of
Rajasthan State Election Commission on 24 September.He was succeeded by A
K Pandey. He will assume the office from 1 October 2013.He previously
worked as Additional Chief Secretary in the Water Resources department
of Rajasthan.
